What should a lease agreementin Tunisia include?
A clear lease agreement avoids most disputes between landlord and tenant. It identifies both parties and their ID documents, describes the rented property and its address precisely, sets the rent amount in Tunisian dinars and its payment date, specifies the deposit amount and its refund conditions, states the lease duration and renewal terms, and allocates charges between owner and tenant.
It is completed by an entry inventory that serves as the reference when the tenant moves out. In Fi-Dari Loc, the lease agreement is generated prefilled from the property file and the tenant file, and the inventory remains attached to it for the entire rental period.
